TimeSparrow Privacy Agreement

Effective Date: October 1, 2018

Mink LLC collects certain information through its website, located at www.timesparrow.com, and through the services offered on or through the website. The term "TimeSparrow" shall encompass both the website and the services. Your privacy is important to us and this Privacy Policy sets forth our policies and procedures surrounding the collection and handling of such information.

Information Mink LLC Collects

When you sign up for TimeSparrow, you provide us with personal information such as your name and email address. After you have signed up, you will be given the opportunity to provide other information to us, such as the identities of your cases, clients, as well as your time entry logs. The information that Mink LLC may collect is collectively referred to in this Privacy Agreement as "Personally Identifiable Information" or "PII."

Mink LLC also uses web analytics software to track and analyze traffic on TimeSparrow. This information includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, geolocation, and browser/user agent information. Mink LLC may publish traffic-related statistics or share them with third parties without including PII.

TimeSparrow is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and Mink LLC does not knowingly collect PII from children under the age of 13. Use of TimeSparrow requires that you register and/or create an account ("Account") or use the website as a guest.

Mink LLC's Use Of Collected Information

Mink LLC uses PII to create users' Accounts, to communicate with users about TimeSparrow, to offer users additional products and services, and to make offers and promotions to users. Mink LLC uses stored PII to customize its services for you, and to improve its services for its users. You may request that Mink LLC cease storing certain PII at any time, but you might not be able to take advantage of certain customized features. Mink LLC may also use PII to enforce TimeSparrow's Terms of Use.

TimeSparrow uses cookies to remember users and to enhance their experience with TimeSparrow. For example, when users with Accounts return to TimeSparrow, cookies identify those users and allow TimeSparrow to make use of certain user-specific information.

Mink LLC may disclose PII pursuant to subpoenas, court orders, or other requests (including criminal and civil matters) if we have a good faith belief that the response is required by law. This may include respecting requests from jurisdictions outside of the United States where we have a good faith belief that the response is required by law under the local laws in that jurisdiction, apply to users from that jurisdiction, and are consistent with generally accepted international standards. We may also share information when we have a good faith belief it is necessary to prevent fraud or other illegal activity, to prevent imminent bodily harm, or to protect ourselves and you from people violating our Terms of Use.. This may include sharing information with other companies, lawyers, arbitrators, courts or other government entities.

Mink LLC's Protection of Certain PII

Mink LLC uses security measures to protect your sensitive PII from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification and disclosure. Unfortunately, even with these measures, Mink LLC cannot guarantee the security of PII. By using TimeSparrow, you acknowledge and agree that Mink LLC makes no such guarantee, and that you use TimeSparrow at your own risk.

Accessing and Correcting Your PII

Registered Account holders can access and change their own PII by contacting Mink LLC's privacy officer at: info@timesparrow.com

Privacy Policy Amendments

Mink LLC may change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a new version on this page or on a successor page. The new version will become effective on the posting date, which will be listed at the top of this page as the effective date.
